This is dairy-free (whey protein doesn't work for me) and can be used during induction.
1 cup "SO" brand unsweetened coconut milk (1 carb plus lots of nutrients, but little protein) available at Henry's and Stater Bros.; green carton
1 raw egg (yes, I know, but if you use a fresh egg from a free range chicken there shouldn't be any worry, and here's your protein, naturally)
1 packet stevia
1-2 tsp. cocoa powder (1 carb per tsp.)
1 tsp. psyllium or flaxmeal (here's your fiber)
Use a blender and you won't even taste the egg. I don't like eggs at all, so this is the only way I get them while in ketosis.
