3 Days into induction. In addition to pork roast, cheese, turkey patties and eggs, I ate a few broccoli tops the first day, a small salad the second day. I wasn't hungry all day on the 3rd day, so I just had a cheese omelet and roast pork.
Does anyone know if there are any carbs in Costco American swiss process cheese? The label says zero. However, that is per slice. Should I figure about 1 carb if I eat 3 slices?
My appetite is about zero almost all the time. Things are going well.
