ookay so is it okay if i stay on induction for more than two weeks?
and is it okay to eat like 6 eggs a day??? i dont know but i love eggs. but my friends scold me for eating them all day since eggs are high in cholesterol
i dont quite find time to do serious workout everyday. but then i jog for 20min 1-2 times a week. is it enough?
can i snack on 90% dark chocolate during induction?
by the way im 5'2, weighs 47kg. i want to go down to 43. how long will that take me(in terms of induction)?
