    I'm not atkins, but definately low carb. I eat raw 97% of the time. Breakfast is blueberries, an apple, half a bowl soaked over night nuts and seeds. Snacks- figs, dates. Lunch- red pepper, avacado, mini cucumbers, and half bowl nuts and seeds. Supper- green juice.

    any newbies please note - this is not an acceptable "menu" for the atkins WOE. please refer to atkins.com for tips on the Plan, and read the book the new atkins for a new you, or dr atkins new diet revolution for a proper explanation for this way of life. yes, go ahead and ignore the above post

    The above "menu" is not even close to being low carb. Apples, dried fruit (sugar!!!) and bowls of nuts = mod to high carb intake.
