    Took a new photo yesterday. Here is me in January and yesterday

    Then this is my photos each month, 8lb difference between Jan & Feb and between Feb & March, then 7lb difference between March & April

    Thank you No, I didn't think about sideways photos, I should have done really as its probably more noticeable from the side too. I have a sideways pic on my blog of me trying to hold a measuring tape of where my waist used to be, difficult to get a good angle though. http://lowcarbdieter.blogspot.com/20...nety-nine.html

    I have had people say that they can even notice the difference in my face, I will see if I can find pictures...
