I saw something simular on one of the River Cottage programmes (Channel 4, UK) so I adapted it for your enjoyement.
One sachet Oat-so-simple (regular, unsweetened)
One good scoop Whey Powder (with sweeteners - be careful they are the right sort). Vanilla or chocolate
Three Oat sachets worth of very cold water
A good gloop of double (heavy) cream
Five or six raspberries
Tiny drop of vanilla essence
Ice cubes
a spoon full of fibre sprinkles
a spoon full of milled flax seeds
Blend it up. (I use a hand shaker. You might prefer a blender)
Drink some water first.
Gulp it down.
