A Cornucopia of Low Carb Books

It seems that Low Carb Books are like buses. You wait several years for one to turn up and then suddenly your Amazon wish list is full of them!

I'm not going to be able to review any of these. But in case you were wondering what to do with that old book token you got from Auntie Doris, I thought I'd drag some of the shiniest out here for you to browse.

(Apologies for those of you (like me) not from the USA. But I realise I'm posting for a global market, so Amazon dot com makes more sense. I'm sure your local flavour of Amazon will have pretty much the same deals)

Click on any of these to visit the book's Amazon page:

Why We Get Fat - And what to do about it By Gary Taubes

Good Calories, Bad Calories. And the controversial science of diet and health by Gary Taubes

(If you're reading Holford, by the way. I suggest you also check out Bad Science by Ben Goldacre, as there is finger-pointing about him inside.)

That should keep you quiet for a while. Let me know when you're done.

I am going to add Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis. So many good things have happened since I stopped eating wheat and grains.

You can buy the book here and read his blog.

Way to go Kendal and Tril!!! I eat it rarely and feel so much better! No grains here at all.
