Milled Organic Flaxseed

is this the same as the flaxseed meal? cant seem to find any and really fancy trying the bread out!

Flaxseed meal is simply ground flax seed. Milled flaxseed is the same thing, I believe.

Or you can use whole flax seed and grind it yourself in a coffee grinder - make sure to get rid of all the coffee grounds in it first!
