flax bread?

hey, i keep hearing "a packet/half a packet" of splenda, what does this mean? is that the same as a teaspoon? i quite fancy trying the bread recipe tomorrow!

Splenda is available in single serving size paper "packets". That's what they're talking about. Do you know what it is now?

hey.... no, iv never seen it that way? i have a huge big tub which you can use like reg sugar or they come on the little tablet form..... do you think a packet is the equivalent to a tea spoonful?

Milled Organic Flaxseed? will this be ok... cant seem to fins the flaxseed meal, whats the difference?

oh, and it is ok to eat in the intro period isnt it?

Yes, it is. Don't over do it, though... if your body isn't used to the fiber take it slow. Be sure to drink extra water, too.
