Zero Carb Beef Skewers
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Honey Flavoring
1/2 Cup Peanut Oil
Zero Carb Brown Sugar To Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Ounce Vodka
Hot Pepper Sauce To Taste
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced (Has 3 Carbs But Just Used For Marinade)
2 Pounds Beef Bottom Roast Cut Into 3 Inch Strips
Bamboo Skewers
Combine the soy sauce, honey flavoring, peanut oil, brown sugar, ginger, vinegar, vodka, hot pepper sauce and garlic in a large bowl, mix well. Place the beef in a large plastic Ziploc Bag and pour the marinade in, seal. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight, turning once. Fire up the grill and soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Skewer marinated meat strips. Grill 3-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
