Zero Carb Slow Cooker Barbecued Pulled Pork
2 Onions, Sliced; Divided
4-6 Whole Garlic Cloves, Peeled
6 Whole Cloves
3-4 Pound Pork Roast
Salt And Pepper To Taste
2 Cups Water
1 Bottle Walden Farms Zero Carb Barbecue Sauce
Place one sliced onion and garlic cloves in the bottom of your slow cooker. Stud the pork roast with cloves and season with salt and pepper; place on top of the sliced onion and garlic. Cover with the second sliced onion and add enough water to fill your slow cooker two thirds of the way. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Take the roast out of the pot; remove and discard cloves. Clean out your slow cooker and throw away the onion and garlic. When the pork roast is cool enough to handle, pull it apart until the entire roast is shredded; return to your slow cooker. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork and cook on high 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.
