Hello everyone! I'm new to Atkins, and I have never done it before. I currently have PCOS, I'm obese, and my hubby and I are trying to get pregnant. I decided to do a low-carb diet to control my insulin resistance, and so far ugh....I feel aweful! I felt ok yesterday, but I feel so sick from the pit of my gut today. Is this normal? I literally feel like I am going to throw up! I looked at my eggs this morning, and almost growled at them because they looked so unappetizing LOL. I'm going to stick it through however, I know people who have had some pretty amazing results doing Atkins, and I need to lose about 140 pounds. Thanks![]()
