Day Two of Induction- I feel sick!

Hello everyone! I'm new to Atkins, and I have never done it before. I currently have PCOS, I'm obese, and my hubby and I are trying to get pregnant. I decided to do a low-carb diet to control my insulin resistance, and so far ugh....I feel aweful! I felt ok yesterday, but I feel so sick from the pit of my gut today. Is this normal? I literally feel like I am going to throw up! I looked at my eggs this morning, and almost growled at them because they looked so unappetizing LOL. I'm going to stick it through however, I know people who have had some pretty amazing results doing Atkins, and I need to lose about 140 pounds. Thanks

A cup of chicken or beef broth helps, too!

Also... spread your carbs out over the day. Eat often to keep your BS stable. Don't worry about eating fat at this stage... try a cube of cheddar when you're feeling icky. Dip cucumber spears in flavored mayo (mix regular mayo with chipotle powder or lemon/pepper). Nibble throughout the day... it will help!

I am Arlene and Dr Mary Vernon says it best http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaquSijXJkQ for me. I used to stand under my plum tree waiting for the fruit to ripen and fall, now I stand near a coconut tree.
