is this stirfy really bad??
I've been making this meal now on a regular basis and wondering whether its the thing holding up my weight loss, please could someone verify for me??
2 chicken breast
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 red chilli
1/2 red pepper
100grams broccoli
80 grams mange tout beans
pinch of ginger
pinch of pepper

It look perfectly fine to me... how many carbs per serving?? Add up the carbs for the whole recipe and then divide that number by the number of servings you get from the recipe.

Looks fine to me too. The beans would be the only think i could think you may have to limit the portion to. looks yummy!!!
