Yes... you can have mustard. Just be sure to check the ingredient list and avoid those with added sugar (honey, sugar, molasses for example) or starches (some have wheat flour or corn starch added). I also use sugar free relish (made with splenda) and reduced sugar ketchup. I use no more than a tsp at a time, though. Carb counts can be quite low so long as you stick with the serving size on the container. Turn 1 tsp into 1/2 cup and it's no longer a low carb condiment.
Some people use soy sauce and Worchestershire sauce. I avoid soy products so those I don't use.
Try dressing up mayonaise if you need more variety. I like to add chipotle powder... wonderful to dip chicken into. I also mix sour cream and mayo... then add seasonings to make a dip (like dried chopped onion, seasoned salt and dried dill). You can thin it out with a splash of cream to make a creamy salad dressing, too. The dill dip is great spread on fish.
Be creative... read labels and beware of "hidden carbs".
