Hi All

last hogmanay i decided i had enough of the way i looked so i starteded atkins again. The reason i dont say the atkins diet is i dont believe this is what i am doing. I am stubborn by nature and have decided i am changing the way i eat

as a result i no longer even want things such as chips, rice pasta or sugary fizzy drinks, i used to almost need these on a hourly basis

I still crave after chocolate or even pizza from time to time. the way i get around this is that i plan to have them about a month in advance. for example my other half turned 30 in may and i planned in april that i would have a bit of chocolate cake. these things are now a treat for me and im still losing weight as i dont "need" them

anyway see the pics below. sorry for the shot in the towel, hadnt planned on doing anything other than self diary. i do need some new recipes though so i registered here

240lbs to 201lbs so far, my target is 185lbs
