    Body Fortress whey protein powder

I'm thinking of substituting the odd breakfast with one of these protein shakes. I'm just getting a bit sick of the big fatty breakfasts - especially as I wouldn't normally eat breakfast anyway! My stomach doesn't feel ready until at least 9am.

Our local health shop is selling a tub of Body Fortress half price at the moment.

    Calories 105
    Fat 2g
    carbs 1g
    Protein 26g

Will it be ok to do this a couple times a week?

yeah, just have it with some cream mixed with water - you need more fat than 2 grams for sure! (not much cream though - only the allowed amount per day, which is 3 tbsp...

    good luck!

    Whey Protein

Personally I swear by them although I use a more expensive Protein Mix - whey which has additional minerals and vitamins... I drink at least 2 per day... it does work as a meal substitute...

Just about every body builder on the planet uses them too and they have the leanest bodies on the plant...

Eaves Protein Power Plan for life relies on them especially his 6 weeks plan... but bear in mind he also prescribes a lot of extra vitamins which I also take... multi vits, omega3, coq10 and the protein mix I use includes a nice dose of magnesium.

I mix with half soya milk half water, as a treat I add a little half n half...
