    How to grill meat

When starting Atkins, I bought myself a grill. At first it was ok and interesting even if the meat (don't like red meat) was a bit dull. But now I'm really bored and wondering what could I use to spice the meat up a bit and make it juicier? I used soya sauce today - 1tbsp was 1 carb, so I thought it was ok. Don't know if it was a right thing to do or not. Would be interested in hearing some tips :P

I use the Montreal seasonings. You can also marinate...just check the carbs on any bottle you might try. Remember, measure the number of tablespoons going into the plastic zipper bag and measure the amount leftover that you will toss away. You ONLY have to count the difference which is the amount that "stuck" to your meat!

Also, if you cook meat well done it will be dry and unappetizing. I had to teach myself to eat medium-rare steak, because I no longer could drench dry steak in A-1 sauce!! Juicy needs medium at the most...medium rare is so much juicier! No need to go rare...it's not for everyone.

Hope you can make that transition...you may learn to love meat!
