well done carlah - good on you for skipping (that's hard core!)

i'm currently sore as well - from my bodycombat class on friday. )it's saturday night here in australia) - i haven't been to that one in more than a month, and i'd forgotten how sore it makes my upper back, shoulders and arms (i love it too!!!!) - been doing a pump class, but it's not the same pain.

    it's a good feeling eh?

    keep on skippin'

skipping is very good exercise for your body. It is recommended to start the no from 100 and gradually increase it by the same no. You can try to set a target of 1000 skips after a month.
