I have never been able to hard boil my eggs. The shell would always stick to it! I found a solution and I havent had one problem since. Rice steamer!! I steam them. 25-30 mins and they are the best easiest eggs to peel.

I do the "bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat" method. I let them sit for about 20 minutes... sometimes longer if I forget. Peel while still warm. Most of the time the shells come off in one piece! I tap to crack the shell and then roll the egg in my hands like you would to make a meatball. That loosens the shell and the egg just drops right out. Quick! If I forget to peel them while they are hot, I run them under very hot tap water before I peel them.
