I figured this forum is pretty dead so I'm just going to post when I work out.
I've been doing a slow-burn super-set lifting routine. Basically I do all the exercises super slow, have about 12 different exercises (that cover most the body), and I do them all at once (no breaks).
Up to this point, I've been doing it only once a week(started 9 weeks ago and haven't missed a week). I'm going to try to increase it to twice a week.
5/19 - worked out.
