    Joeblow Workout Journal

    I figured this forum is pretty dead so I'm just going to post when I work out.

    I've been doing a slow-burn super-set lifting routine. Basically I do all the exercises super slow, have about 12 different exercises (that cover most the body), and I do them all at once (no breaks).

    Up to this point, I've been doing it only once a week(started 9 weeks ago and haven't missed a week). I'm going to try to increase it to twice a week.

    5/19 - worked out.

    Good job, keep it up!

    Every diet is more successful when excercise is a part of it! YEAH YOU!

    I am working out 2x a day now, mostly cardio and step aerobics, with a 30 yoga workout.

    Remember to have fun doing it. Last night, I was watching a movie after my hubby and kids went to bed, and I was like, hey, what a good time to excercise. So, I got out my step and stepped while watching the entire 2nd half of the movie. Last 10 minutes I stretched and did crunches. I feel great today. Muscles are sore, but still feelin great!!!

    Joe: that's pretty much exactly what I'm doing. I aim for twice a week, but sometimes I only hit one. I don't get upset when that happens, I think each additional workout per week has diminishing returns anyway.

    work really kicked my ass this week. I managed to hit my upperbody on the 25th

    just finished up my workout. Too me forever to get motivated to do it, but it ended up being one of my best yet. I think all my smaller auxiliary muscles have finally caught up to the larger muscles.

    so my scale isn't moving, but at least somethings working right.
