Hi - Would like to lose about 20 lbs, I have been checking out various diet plans (Atkins, south beach, etc) and web sights and have found out that (surprise) everyone has an answer to your need. Lots of personal recommendations going either way. I do believe that natural, wholesome foods are best, so have focused on finding a natural solution. (Not to mention, I do not think that diets offering pills and packaged foods are a healthy answer.)
An acquaintance from overseas has told me of a new program from Europe called Metabolic Balance - claims it is all-natural and even customizes a nutrition plan to the individuals metabolism. Has anyone had experience with or heard comments of the Metabolic Balance diet program? Appreciate your input.
