This was the day we went to Boston Pizza and I had the spinach salad with chicken breast. Normally I get a bit more protein during the day.
As you can see my net carbs is about 10. I've been running into this problem. Some days I can net more, but most days I'm under.
What can I increase/decrease? I mean, honestly? I'm FULL. I don't think I can add any more food to my diet at all. I've never been so full in my life, to be honest! Normally I eat breakfast at 6a.m. and I'm really hungry by 10-10:30 a.m., btu with this I can last all the way through lunch. I do 'force' myself to eat a snack, though, to keep the intake up.
