Whoa... gonna need a whole lot more info first! Tell us more... age, wt, diet, current exercise program, etc.
What you gave us to go on is similar to "eat right and exercise" to lose weight. Way too vague.

As for the acai berries... are the ones you're eating freeze dried or fresh? Have you checked the carb count on them? I just did our curiosity...
