Are there any weight loss products that have no side effects

    Hi,

I have tried so many products for losing weight. But so far I haven’t found any products which give good results without any side effects. Now, I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to control my weight. Can anyone help me?

Are you talking about things that you ingest? If so, I personally don't believe in them. Not only do you risk potential long term effects to your health, you are not changing you lifestyle and learning how to make healthier choices - you are relying on a "pill" to be the answer. For the majority of us it is just plain hard work and different choices that lead to a healthier life.

Now granted there are some who need medical assistance - maybe b/c of thyroid problems or other things - but those are given under the guidance of a doctor - not something you can self medicate.

Sorry to be a downer...but having known people that not only have done permanent damage to their bodies but not been able to maintain weight loss for a significant amount of time - I have learned there are no magic remedies! If you are looking for this - this probably is not the site for you.

The only "product" without side effects is eating real, unprocessed wholesome foods in the right proportions, drinking plenty of clean water and daily exercise. Well, maybe that does have a side effect... it's called good health and weight loss.

There is NO easy way to do this. Stop wasting time and money on pills, creams, lotions, potions and promises... accept that if you want to lose weight, you're going to have to WORK at it. Anything worth having is worth working for...

No-one and NOTHING can do it for you - You need to do the hard yards yourself!

I tried 'products' like Reductil, which caused me to have a Pulmonary Embolism and lose 30% of my lung function. I'm one of the seven in ten who survived, a friend wasn't so lucky and another, 39, had a major stroke and has not worked since.

Olives contain an enzyme that targets body fat. Milk has something in it that helps weight loss. vinegar is really good to drink as an aparitif and does help with weight loss. Nothing really does more than budge your weight by a pound or two. Low carb is by far the best thing I've tried. Even quiting drinking last summer did not shift me back to my slim side as quickly and easily.

I believe all herbs, medicine, and pills essentially make your body more acidic. Acids in the body that quickly don't leave through the colon, are stored in fat cells. The more toxins you take in, the fatter we become. To release these toxins and lose weight, we need to take in more food with an alkalizing affect on the body, namely raw fruits and veggies, soaked nuts and seeds. They are low carb, and increase our body's over all health.

I agree with everybody else, the only thing that really works is clean eating and regular exercise.
