    Entwife's Big Adventure in Pictures

I'm feeling rather narcissistic today so I'm ready to post pictures of my progress (or lack thereof). Some of these are scary and I only post them to compare to some of the others. 25 lbs makes a lot of difference in how one looks and feels on the inside. I can only imagine how I'd feel if I could get another 15 lbs off for good!
Here's me last summer, at around 170 lbs doing what I do best...enjoying a lovely microbrew on my vacation in San Diego. We had SO much fun!

After enjoying too many microbrews, here I am 5 months later at 200 lbs. I am not happy with myself at all

3 months ago I got fed up with the fat and started low carbing again, (along with aerobics and rollerskating almost daily)and you people on this forum have made all the difference in my success. Even if I don't look much better the feeling of better health and energy is the worth every naughty food I've denied myself. This is me today weighing 170...

Here's a few other snaps for fun. I LOVE costuming for myself, a few commissions, and for dolls. Here is a fun memory of being Queen For A Day at McMinnville's 2006 Alien Festival with my dear frind Clara as Co-Regent. Everybody should have at least one time in their life being royalty...

Here's my Michael and myself at a Pirate Party. Avast!

And a Halloween a couple years ago...

Being overweight should never stop you from having fun

    HOT MAMMA!!!

Dang, girl, you look good!!! Suh-weet! And that rollerskating has done marvelous things for your legs!

I'm glad you mentioned San Diego. We visited there a lot when I was a kid (Grandparents lived there) and I lived there from mid 82-early 83 when I joined the Air Force. I love that town. We lived close to Balboa park and since I was on one of my "Get-healthy" phases I walked through Balboa every week day - even ran into some well-known character actors one day - literally! (I was too star-struck to even apologize, I just headed for home and primal screamed the apartment down)

You look fantastic! And I must admit I truly love your Pee Wee shirt

And what a wonderful job you did on the Morticia costume, can we say BOMB-SHELL!!!! Wow-wee. I have a bit of an Addams Family obsession.
She is an inspiration for me.

Anyway good luck on your weight loss goal!
