    Today's menu......please add yours :o)

    Breakfast

    Omelete with eggs and cheese


    Lunch

    Burgers with jalopeno peppers on rocket and lettuce salad with mayo


    Dinner

    Lamb chops with raw broccoli, cauliflower mixed with mayo and bacon bits on top

    Exercise

    Gym this morning (feeling realllllly rough as have a chest infection, but still managed to run...........I WILL BE THIN ha ha ha )

    Does this sound ok for a day on 'atkins' must admit messed around a bit on the weekend so started properly yesterday as DAY 1

    3 eggs overeasy
    bacon
    coffee with light cream and splenda

    Lunch:
    homemade buffalo wings (0 carbs) with blue cheese dressing

    Snack:
    2 string cheeses

    Dinner:
    Chicken and veggie stirfry.

    80 oz of water so far

    2 eggs scrambled with 1/2 turkey/spinach/garlic sausage (1 carb)
    coffee with cream and splenda

    Snack:

    cheese stick

    Lunch:

    1.5 cups lettuce with pesto chicken and Greek dressing (0 carbs)

    Snack:

    boiled egg

    Dinner:

    1.5 cups lettuce with Greek dressing
    pork chop cooked in EVOO/garlic
    sf jello if I find time to make more today

    tea in the evening

    b-fast = 2 eggs, and 5 oz low-carb sausage (felt stuffed)
    lunch = salad: lettuce from my garden, 1/2 tomato, mozzarella, lo-carb ranch, and 4 oz ham.
    dinner = Hardee's low-carb burger, and MISTAKE: about 4 oz sweetened iced tea! puke
    vitamins and minerals
    snack= Neufchatel cheese w/ sweetener on top. (15 yr old daughter is grossed out. LOL)

    Here's mine:
    Brk: (woke up late today)
    Atkins chocolate shake

    Lunch:
    2 tilapia filets
    1/4 cup mushrooms sauteed in EVOO w/1/2 tsp garlic
    1 Cup iceberg lettuce with blue cheese and 10 black olives

    Snack:
    10 black olives
    1 slice swiss cheese
    1 slice no-sugar ham

    Dinner:
    Chicken Saltimbacca (omitted wine and used chicken broth instead)
    Mock mashed potatoes
    Pumpkin fluff (the one with cream cheese, splenda, vanilla, etc.)

    Snack:

    2 string Cheeses
    2 McD's Sausage patties (on the run)

    Lunch:
    Burger King Tendergrill salad; minus the croutons, carrots, and dressing


    Snack:
    Green Olives (10)

    Dinner:
    Chicken and Broccoli stir-fry
    "Atkins" fried rice (made with cauliflower)

    gallon of water and lots of decaf tea...

    Breakfast- atkins caramel cafe latte... my weakness! ( i could have this at every meal and be completely satisfied)

    lunch- 2 bbq's hamburgers (bunless).. with sliced cheese, and low sugar ketchup

    snack- 2 cheesesticks, micro'd for 45 sec.

    dinner- flat iron steak, aparagus, and a small salad with 1/2 avacado, bacon bits, shredde cheese, with ranch dressing.

    Hey Wendy 1011, you live in my neck of the woods! Well, kinda. 30ish minutes away or so but who's counting? Anyways, where do you get the Atkins caramel cafe latte? All I can find is chocolate and vanilla.

    Breakfast: 3 eggs + 1/2 an onion fried in butter
    Lunch: can of tuna with mayo + purple cabbage salad
    Dinner: leftover chicken sauteed in 1/2 an onion and spices + purple cabbage salad
    Calcium drink with 2 carbs before bed

    Breakfast was a 3 egg omelet with broccoli and cheese

    lunch was celery sticks with pimento cheese

    dinner was pork rinds with chicken salad (baked chicken,small diced onion, diced celery,mayonaise) , -and a small cucumber.

    Breakfast- two eggs fried in bacon fat, chopped tomato with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and basil. = 7 carbs
    Lunch - Hardee's low-carb burger. = 5 carbs
    Dinner - crock-pot beef with green beans and garlic. = 5 carbs
    snack - 1/2 cup low-carb ice cream. = 4 carbs

    breakfast- sauted spinach with poached egg, decaf coffee with cream and splenda, glass of water.
    snack-celery stuffed with cream cheese. sparkling water.
    lunch-cream of mushroom soup, water, coffee.
    tea- spicy lettuce cups ( spiced beef mince piled into iceberg lettuce) with sour cream and grated cheddar...yummmy!! water
    snack-pork rinds. water

    i am on induction and i am losing weight very easily and am never hungry!
