    Good Saturday morning, everyone!

Day 46, wt 134. Slowly, slowing chipping away... I've been under 135 four days in a row. Now to get to 133 something. These half pounds mean SO much to me!!! LOL

Off for a walk with DS, his GF and their dog... love combining "visiting" with exercise!

DS who had the teeth out is sleeping peacefully... says he has no pain, just "sore".

    I'll check back later.

Do I seem happier??? I am... my hormones are FINALLY working, IYKWIM. Jeez I'll be glad when this is over. lol

Well, it's certainly going in the right direction. That's what matters in the long run. By the way, remind me of that when the scale hasn't moved for me for two weeks.

Glad to hear your son made it through the worst.

TWO weeks??? I'm into my FIFTH week of being within 1# of the weight I'm stuck at. I'll remind you when you hit FIVE weeks. I'm quite happy to be at 134 or 134.5 for the last four days... before that I've been 134.5 to 135.5 for 25 days.

It's slow, but I'm going to get there, one way or another.

Day 7, wt 134. 5 days now of 134 or 134.5. HOPING I get to stay under 135 from here on out. Once I hit 7 days I'll consider it "mine" to keep. LOL Looking forward to seeing 133 sometime soon... or later... who knows. My BIG goal is to see 129-something. That's what's keeping me going right now. Only 4.5# to go. Oh my... that sounds like a long time from now. LOL

It does feel good to not have a gain each day of the weekend. That seems to be a pattern I've had lately.

    All good.

LOL... you better send the fairy herself because the dust didn't work.

    Day 48, wt 134.

    At least I'm consistant. LOL

I like Mondays. DS goes to work, DH goes on the road, the dogs are tired and sleep peacefully... I can drink coffee all morning... I wish it was sunny but you can't have everything.

Did anyone watch Big Brother last night??? I'm such a sucker for those shows. But it's nice to have something to look forward to... I don't watch much tv unless there's a show like that on for me to follow.

    Plan for today:

Errands... need dog food, bank, groceries (meat and veggies), Target
Laundry... this could take TWO days, lol
    Exercise... haven't decided
Nuts... NONE if I can do it
    Water... minimum of 64 oz

    Day 49, wt 133.5!!!

WOOHOO!!!! That makes a loss of 1# this week. AND... a THREE in the ones place. FINALLY. I hit this 12 days ago and then went back up. I do NOT want that to happen again. I know it could... I just don't want it to. LOL

Seeing your post this morning just made my day. Congratulations!!! I have been rooting for you to get over the hump. Each day I have been looking on here hoping to see a drop. It's very encouraging to see that you stayed focused and eventually succeeded. The average person, myself likely included, would have tossed in the towel long ago.

Your like Rocky defeating Apollo Creed or Rudy when he finally gets to play after years on the practice squad. Maybe evan like the Average Joe's gym in Dodgeball The Movie. Okie, maybe I am going a little overboard but I am excited.

    WOO HOO!!!

Awww.. thanks, Batlou!!! It helps a LOT to know that someone "out there" is pulling for me. Tossing in the towel isn't an option for me. I'm a serious all or nothin' kinda gal... and since I'm all in at this point I'd sooner stop eating than stop low-carbing. I don't quit on purpose. Ever. "Life" sometimes gets in the way... but that's another issue. LOL

    Rocky, huh?

Yes, that's right. I'm glad the fairy dust worked. Now, I want it back. It was only a loan you know incase I didn't make that clear.

If you look at the fairy dust contract it says very clearly on page 127, paragraph 3, subparagraph 5, line 12.....in the event that Beth does not lose weight on any given date, the fairy dust will be returned forthwith and without delay."
