Hi Vanessa... I am actually wondering the same thing, I am working out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. I am giving myself Sundays off.
I do weights for about 30 minutes every other day and an hour of cardio everyday.
I think its fine. You may not see results on the scale as fast at times but thats only because its just building muscles, but don't get discouraged.. its a good thing... the inches will come off. And I want to keep on working out as much as possible because I don't want anything to sag
