Soya flour is not an easy thing to cook with. Three specific properties cause it to work very differently from wheat flour.
1) It has no gluten, so it doesn't rise or hold together. Makes for a crumbly product, that is flat.
2) It has a low burn point. Any recipe in which soy flour is the primary ingredient cooks in about 1/3 the time.
3) It retains moisture. This is actually very good for food manufacturers. Many many baked products that we buy use 1/4 soy flour for the the total flour in the recipe because it helps wheat/rice flour retain moisture. Which is why some of the packaged bread we buy stays tender longer than home made baked products.
I have some recipes, I have tried a few but only I like one so far (it makes a foccacia type of pizza dough - just don't expect crusty bread - it's more like a sponge bread - but very very easy and tasty.)
This weekend I purchased Carbsense Pizza crust mix - it's pricey, and I yet haven't tried it so I can't vouch for it one way or the other.
Let me know if you are interested in Foccaccia as a pizza base.

Sherrie's Italian Flat Bread
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Don't skip the pre-heat!!
Cut a piece of parchment paper the size of the pizza pan or cookie sheet to pour the batter on.
8 oz cream cheese
4 large eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Salt or fresh minced garlic
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup Atkins baking mix (or use the faux Atkins mix - much cheaper)
1 tsp salt / pepper
I throw all of the ingredients above in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the cheese below and hand stir in until blended well with mixture.
1 cup Italian shredded cheeses (most stores have a package mix available)
Spread onto parchment paper - the dough is very thick - use a spatula
paint top with excellent quality olive oil;
and sprinkle with: 1 tsp Italian seasonings or for a more authentic focaccia - I use garlic powder and rosemary.
Bake until dark brown. In my oven this was about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush on the 1 tbsp olive oil.
Great warm or use for sandwiches.
Divide into 10 servings @ 2.6 carbs each
