To Long on Induction Phase ?

Hi, I am on day 35...I started at 245 and now at 224..My goal is 210. I go to the gym about 5 days a week . So my question is can I just stay on the induction phase for good ? It's working so far. so why not or Am I hurting my heath?

I don't know at what point is "too much" because lots of people stay on induction for very long periods. However, Induction is NOT a lifestyle. Induction is a way to assist in weight LOSS. Maintaince should be done at a level that involves "good" carbs. Grains, fruits, and other stuff should be added back in slowly. Atkins for life is NOT Induction for life.

The problem with staying on induction until you've lost all your weight is you never learn how to eat for the long term. You need to learn how to add in carbs so that when you are at your goal weight you don't start gaining it all back. By going through the stages you learn how much you can eat without gaining back the weight.

That is very true. You definitely want to move through the stages.
