Hello all,
I am just starting atkins and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what a good menu would be for induction. I don't want to wing it and then find out I was doing it wrong. Any ifno is helpul. Thanks a bunch. |

Do take time to read the book. There are sample Induction menus in it (just stay away from Atkins bars, they stall many people).
Otherwise - anything from the Acceptable foods list is fine. Here's the link:

Yes, they do. Someone in this forum told me that all the carbs are in the white... But I'm not quite sure. Anyway, a whole egg is 1 carb. |

How do I get my carbs up to 20 per day without going over the amount of veggies and cheese I am supposed to eat? |

Add veggies with a higher carb count - a bit of onions, a few slices of tomato, some chopped bell peppers and you'll get your carbs up to 20 without any problem.
Moreover, it is pretty much a general consent on this board that it's no great harm if you overdo on vegetables a bit. That is individual, though. Some peole here live mostly on vegs, but I must be very strict with them. You'll have to find your own limit. |
