Hello everyone! I've been a member here (off and on) for about 7 years. I recently came back to this woe on January 25, 2010. I am 40 years old and am 5'9" tall. I have a busy lifestyle, while working from home.
January 25, 2010 - 244lbs
March 10, 2010 - 225lbs
My goal weight is 180 and I know I can do this (again). Thank you all so much for the motivation and support (and yummy recipes!).
