this is for all you who don't have 50 pounds to lose. Or for those who have reached milestones. |

Well I did. But I had already told about it so I didn't post it here. And it is in the progress board. I post a lot in general. |

Reached my goal this week!!!! It took just 6 weeks. Start weight 193 target weight 175. Doesn't sound all that much I suppose. But, it has made hell of a difference to my clothes fitting. I have got to see how I get on with the final stage now. I never want to be that 193 again.

i think i have finally met my goal, i am actually about 35 below what i thought possible, i passed 150 pounds lost and i am hanging at around 188 pounds or so, down from 341 about a year and a half ago, or closer to two years now, i am about 6 feet 3 inches tall so this weight seems pretty decent for me |

Today represents a minor milestone for me.
I've hit 247.5, which is significant to me because it means I have lost a full 25% of my initial body weight. |
