I'm tryimg to do a combination of south beach and atkins. i'm trying to not eat so much saturated fat. anyway my question is, when in doubt, should i go with high fat even though it's saturated or should i go with low fat even though it is a bit higher in carbs? what will make me lose wieght more? |

Depends on your individual metabollism. The only way to find out is trial and error, really. You must find out yourself what is good for you.
If your underlying problem is eating too many calories, you may want to reduce fat, but if your underlying problem is related to sugar, you'd do better to skip the carbs. |
