About Tebori

Biography:

My name is Emilie Tebori, and it's been 5 years since I was "Cured" of my anorexia/bulimia. My parents were so scared and upset when they found out I had an eating disorder, they quickly pushed me into as many different types of therapy as possible. One of the therapists taught me about how many scary things there were in the world, and the best way to deal with them was to stress eat. As a result of my 2 year stint in cheap under educated therapy I developed a food dependancy and agoraphobia. Shortly before the end of my sessions I visited a friend in Chicago and fell in love with one of the best cities I could have ever imagined. I was ok, didnt have panic attacks, and found myself curious about the outside world. The city was helping me cure myself. My husband and I are planning to move there within the year, and I am looking to find a healthy alternative to weight loss, and overcome by nuerological "fix" for my eating disorders, and still feel ok about myself in the end.
