Allie... thanks for the private message. I really appreciate the support!!! So far things are going ok here... we brought another employee and his wife this time so I have someone else to hang out with. This is her first meeting so I'm kinda walking her through it. The bitches aren't bothering me one bit! I'm simply avoiding them or ignoring them. LOL

Thanks Allie. Yes, that is Shadow, our miniature Schnauzer. He will be 3 on April 2, 20112. We lost our 3rd mini to cancer on April 2, 2009. He was only 6 and it was a dreadful time. Shadow's litter was born at the same time and on the same day as Benny's soul departed this earth. He is our little miracle. At our age we were not going to get another, but he fills every day with joy and that unconditional love that only a dog can give a human.

Things are going well. I have been so busy. I am stuck at 12 pounds lost. I'm starting a food diet this week to see why I'm stalling. Thanks for checking in on me.

Thanks Allie for the kind reply. Yes i have done lowcarb before but never applied it as a life time program. This time is much easier as i know it works and have seen it work for so many people. Have a super day k.
