    I just downloaded your book on my kindle. It is on my list to read next. I read and read and just love it. What would we do without books. Eat Carbs, maybe?? Ha!

    Speaking of shakes... Have you heard of the 90-day-challenge shake? It only has 1 gram of sugar carbs and tastes great - like drinking cake mix. lol. Lots of flavors. Very induction/Atkins-friendly and has more nutrition in one serving than I've ever seen! And, cost less than Atkins! I mix it with unsweetend almond milk (1 carb) yummy!
