  1. Week 3 done and dusted ! another 1.4 kilo GONE (3 pound)

    I just reaslised below that I'm am writing my weigh in date the 'Australian way'; Day first, then month, than year.
    Just flip the first 2 numbers around otherwise you might think around. But being today is the 09/09/11 then you dont actually need to !

    MY WEEKLY PROGRESS -

    Starting weight 19/8/11 - 128.8 Kilo (283 pounds)
    Week 1 weight 26/8/11 - 125.4 Kilo (275 pounds)
    Week 2 weight 02/09/11- 123.4 kilo (271 pound)
    Week 3 weight 09/09/11 - 122 kilo (268 pound)

  3. well I just completed my second week! This week I dropped 2 kilo (4 pound)

    YAY

    so far in 14 days I have lost 5.4 kilo or 12 pound. I was surprised I lost 2 kilo this week because I was worried I wasnt eating enough ! I had such a big week at work that I was more exhuausted than hungry and I missed out on snacks and my meals were not big. I've cut down on the eggs, they are making me gag, I've never been a lover of eggs anyway.

  4. Weighed in ! WOHOOOOOOO

    I dropped 3.4 kilo (8 pound)

    I must say I was very strict with my diet, I followed the induction for week 1 to the letter T and I am very proud of my results !

  5. well, shock horror............ I weighed in last Friday at a whopping 128.8 Kgs! Thats a little over 283 pounds for people needing a metric conversion.

    Tomorrow is my weigh in so fingers crossed all goes well. I've been feeling ok, a little seedy, headaches, not too hungary and not really missing any carbs (yet) I have stuck to the plan

    I'll keep a running tally of my weight every Friday so I and others can see my progress......... bring on the weigh in !

  6. I've really never tried to lose weight, well, I mean I've thought about it and gave it a couple of days on one diet or another, but then a party or some form of celebration always got in my way and then I'd wait till the next 'Monday' to come along.
    Well today is that Monday !

    I've never tried the atkins diet....I was raised the old fashioned way believing the best diet is fruit, salad and vegies (and lots of it) and low fat everything else whilst trying to avoid dairy and huge amounts of meat products.....but after reading a couple atkins books, I really felt as though I was reading my life story

    I am a witty, crazy person with a wicked sense of humour , I hope I make some great friends along the way and find supporters willing to follow my journey and cheer for me as I 're find myself'.
