i was in stall mode for 2 weeks,was saying hell its not working
then this week my wife said i think your eating to much meat,so have cut back on it a bit and off came the weight ,still eating well ,getting ready to try some ice cream
i have now lost 9kgs in about 6/7 weaks
start weight was 123kgs now down to 114kgs, |

But "ice cream?" What kind? Low carb or regular?
Hmmm...just the sound of ice cream makes me worried...in 15 months on Atkins and 2 pounds from goal, I shudder to think what that might do.
Please say it is so VERY Low Carb you have NO fears, or RECONSIDER!!

Hey, David!
Which recipe are you trying? I received an ice cream maker at my wedding and I've only busted it out once or twice so far. Back before we started the low carb changes I could make a killer mocha ice cream with Oreos. No mas! I tried the coconut icecream in the atkins for life book but the results weren't quite what I'd hoped.
