I figured this forum is pretty dead so I'm just going to post when I work out.
I've been doing a slow-burn super-set lifting routine. Basically I do all the exercises super slow, have about 12 different exercises (that cover most the body), and I do them all at once (no breaks).
Up to this point, I've been doing it only once a week(started 9 weeks ago and haven't missed a week). I'm going to try to increase it to twice a week.
5/19 - worked out. |

Good job, keep it up!
Every diet is more successful when excercise is a part of it! YEAH YOU!
I am working out 2x a day now, mostly cardio and step aerobics, with a 30 yoga workout.
Remember to have fun doing it. Last night, I was watching a movie after my hubby and kids went to bed, and I was like, hey, what a good time to excercise. So, I got out my step and stepped while watching the entire 2nd half of the movie. Last 10 minutes I stretched and did crunches. I feel great today. Muscles are sore, but still feelin great!!!

Joe: that's pretty much exactly what I'm doing. I aim for twice a week, but sometimes I only hit one. I don't get upset when that happens, I think each additional workout per week has diminishing returns anyway. |

just finished up my workout. Too me forever to get motivated to do it, but it ended up being one of my best yet. I think all my smaller auxiliary muscles have finally caught up to the larger muscles.
so my scale isn't moving, but at least somethings working right. |
